3 reasons you may not be sleeping well.

A good night’s rest is something that all aspire, especially now as the world is back to some semblance of normalcy and we have soo much to get done. We have to get the kids ready for school, we are in the office for hours on end, back to back meetings, and balancing gym and the social lives we had to do without for so long. 

If you’re not sleeping well, it affects the day ahead and these 3 things may be preventing your beauty rest.

1 - You have no sleep routine. In the same way you train your bodies to attack the day ahead - whether through a jolt or caffeine, exercise and a hearty breakfast, it’s the same way you need to prepare it to unwind. 
Unplugging for 2 hours, meditating, journaling, and sitting in quiet will help to train your bodies that it’s time to shut down. 

2 - You’re having caffeine after 4pm.
