Pu’erh (pronounced poo-air) is a fermented tea from Yunnan, China that is celebrated for its smooth, mellow flavor and natural health benefits. Our mini cakes are perfectly portioned for easy brewing. Simply steep one in hot water and watch it unfurl into a luxurious, full-bodied cup of tea.

Whether you’re looking to cleanse after a hearty meal, boost your energy naturally, or savour a mindful tea moment, these little cakes deliver a truly restorative experience.

Directions:

Drop one mini cake into your teapot or mug.
Add hot water (95–100°C / 203–212°F).
Steep for 2–4 minutes, then enjoy.
Re-steep up to 3–4 times for a richer, evolving flavour.
