We combined Taiwanese Bao Zhong Oolong tea, coconut chips with a hint of nutmeg and natural vanilla flavouring to recreate a time treasured Jamaican dessert. This lightly oxidised tea, made from the famous Qingxin tea cultivar, is harvested twice per year, in April and December. 

Each canister and bag contains 50g of tea which makes close to 20 cups. You can resteep this blend up to 4 times, with a different profile each time.
