We combined Taiwanese Bao Zhong Oolong tea, coconut chips with a hint of nutmeg and natural vanilla flavouring to recreate a time treasured Jamaican dessert. This lightly oxidised tea, made from the famous Qingxin tea cultivar, is harvested twice per year, in April and December.
Each bag and canister of 50 grams makes 25 - 40 cups of tea.
