Pistachio Ice- Cream takes me back to Sunday evenings after dinner. It was the one time for the week that we indulged in ice cream and recently I had the privilege of having the best pistachio ice cream in the Middle East. I wanted to create a blend that was reminiscent of my childhood and the decadence of ice cream without the calories.
